JUSTIN FAMILY PHARMACY

1. How long would it take to fill my prescription?
Answer: Generally it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to get prescription ready from written paper to counted pills with attached label. But sometime many other factors also affect filling process like insurance billing (online billing thru internet) calling doctor for questions related to prescription (longer hold times at doctor's offices), drug availability from manufacturer and vendors, emergency patients, pharmacist counseling with multiple patients, etc. We strive to make the wait time as low as possible for our patients. We Urge to wait for Text/Email for Rx Ready notification for all RXs for better workflow and service to our customers.
2. How do I know if you accept my insurance?

3. What is Prior Authorization?
Without this PA, your insurance plan may not pay for your medication. Even then, the insurance company – not the doctor – has the final say in the matter. And they can turn you down.
